One of the things I’ve had  difficulty with when I was in the working world was lunch. Working in a hospital I had great cafeteria access, but lunch breaks were brief. I disliked taking my whole lunch period waiting in line for food and often the food was not very appetizing.  I preferred packing my own lunch. Finding something healthy and quick to pack was a necessity but not always easy. I ran out of ideas often.

This weeks Monday Morning review is all about the perfect sandwiches for packing your lunch. I hope this gives you a few creative ideas to help get your own creative juices flowing. Here are a few of my favorites from last week around the web.
