“Our hearts grow tender with childhood memories and love of kindred, and we are better throughout the year for having, in spirit, become a child again at Christmas-time.”
― Laura Ingalls Wilder
Every year as the presents are wrapped and placed under the Christmas Tree a tag is placed to label who is to receive the gift and who the present is from. Even though the kids are grown, and some with children of their own, I still find myself placing from Santa on a large portion of the gift tags. I am quite certain that everyone knows the gift is not from Santa, but there is something about the magic that the belief in Santa brings that lingers even still.
Coconut Macaroons Dipped in Chocolate right from the oven are deliciously crisp on the outside with a soft chewy center. When dipped in chocolate with a drizzle on top these cookies are taken to a whole new level. A quick and easy recipe to throw together with outstanding results.
